When you’re young, it’s critical that you workout regularly and have a diet high in calcium, protein, amino acids, and anti-oxidants so that your body has the energy it needs to grow and replenish itself. Not doing this can result in stunted growth. By not having the proper diet and exercising you can cause weakened bones and even shrinkage when you become elderly.
