I bet none. Everyone would love to have some extra brain energy that they can benefit from. It is simply that many people believe that we both have the wits or we don’t.

No matter how laborious we try to examine in school, if our brain can only do this a lot, then that’s that. BUT, and that is an enormous however, there are ways to spice up one’s intelligence. One nice secret I know is this… are you ready?… to USE YOUR BODY SYMMETRICALLY!

For these of you who don’t know, let me tell you that our body elements are managed by completely different elements of our brain. But as a result of most of us are likely to lean in direction of being comfortable as much as we can, we don’t get to maximise our brain energy which ends up in much less brain exercise thus inflicting decaying brain functionality.

This is where utilizing your body symmetrically comes into play. Here’s a fast listing of how one can start doing it:

1. Begin utilizing your much less active hand. In case you’re proper-handed, use your left hand and vice-versa. It will forestall that part of your brain which controls your much less lively hand from shedding its positive motor control abilities. It may be difficult to begin but once you get used to it, then it is going to get easier. See below when you can follow utilizing your less active hand:

a. when shifting your pc mouse
b. when combing your hair
c. when buttoning your shirt
d. when zipping your pants
e. when using the remote management
f. etc.

2. Get involved in sports activities that lets you both you and left and proper body parts. Tennis, for example, is a no-no as a result of it can drive you to stick to both using your left or right body side. The identical method with basketball, football, bowling, ping pong, etc. So what sorts of sports am I talking about you might ask. Nicely, there’s martial arts and dancing. Both permit for very versatile and complex routines that make you actively use each your proper and left body parts.

What’s really crucial in all that is that you do not enable your some parts of your mind to decay simply since you’re lazy in doing symmetrical activities. Like I mentioned, completely different elements of the brain are responsible for totally different body functions. By holding them all in good condition, your overall brain power, capacity, IQ and measured intelligence will definitely improve over time. Plus, you study one thing new and exciting!

During pregnancy be happy, eat wholesome meals and train usually

o You and your child are what you eat! Your diet mustn’t consist only of meals you like, or what you’re feeling like consuming or, in extreme circumstances, solely of what you are able to take in. Eat for each your individual and your child’s well-being.

o Train repeatedly and wisely. Search first the recommendation of your gynecologist after which do the routines as taught.

When child is born do continue to speak to the new child and signal with her. This is the subsequent stage to enhancing baby’s intelligence. Learn to know first so that mothers are prepared to take pleasure in each second of pregnancy.

We did the standard issues mother and father-to-be do – preparing a nursery with decorations, furnishings, toys and clothing. We learn books and went to lessons on tips on how to elevate the boy in his first year. Little did we all know none of this would prepare us to deal with what lay ahead. Vincent was born within the US full time period without complications. We introduced him back to Singapore when he was 10 weeks old. Our aim was to carry him up in a multi cultural and multi lingual environment.

Nevertheless, when he was three months’ previous, Vincent grew to become an everyday customer to the physician’s clinic. He was recognized with spleen and liver enlargements that required weekly, month-to-month then half yearly lever function blood tests. His enzyme was at 800+ while the traditional kid needs to be beneath 50. His enzyme degree stabilized when he turned three.

At 14 months’, he got an infection from a make up BCG injection. This required common anesthetization and operation to take away the pustule. At two, the physician discovered that Vincent had a coronary heart murmur. Thankfully, it was a benign murmur put right down to growth. At three , Vincent fell over a roadside curve which required three stitches above his right eye brow. At four, he had high fever for 2 consecutive days and had to be admitted to hospital. In between, there have been the widespread flu and colds.

I think about many parents have gone by means of related scenarios. However these weren’t the challenges that confronted our beliefs, tested our strength, and changed the course of our lives. Vincent had met all developmental milestones until we seen he was completely different at a 12 months and half. He had no language. This actually meant he did not utter a single understandable word. He didn’t call Mum or Dad. The physician informed us not to fear as boys usually develop language expertise later than girls.

We became really nervous when he nonetheless didn’t have any language at two years old. This started one other stream of session with specialists in ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat), neurology, psychology, and psychiatry. It took us greater than two years to go looking, schedule and complete the evaluation. Vincent’s hearing was tested. The neurologist could not discover something unusual from the visible analysis and referred us to a psychologist.

The session with the psychologist was disastrous. She was more than one hour late for the appointment. Vincent lost patience ready and wet his pants throughout the evaluation, although he had been bathroom trained. The psychologist prescribed him as having a “Habits Dysfunction”. This introduced disbelief and confusion to us. The only positive end result was a listing of advisable colleges that would accept kids like Vincent.

A darkish shadow
We then sought recommendation from a famend psychiatrist. I nonetheless vividly bear in mind the assembly over Vincent’s diagnosis: Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Not Otherwise Specified (PDD NOS). In ayman’s term, Vincent was severely delayed in growth but the physician could not pinpoint the cause. The psychiatrist’s response that Vincent might not ever be capable of stay an unbiased life cast a dark shadow over the family.

In between the numerous evaluations, we managed to enroll Vincent into a private college with a special training program beginning at age three. This marked the beginning of ever lasting therapeutic and learning applications for Vincent. To augment the training of spoken language, Vincent was launched to sign language and so had been the parents. It was one of many happiest moments in life to hear Vincent name out ‘Mum’ and ‘Dad’ at the age of three years and 4 months. Though his language advanced from one phrase to 2 words level in relative brief time, the speed of learning stalled. The speech pathologist suggested that he wanted to improve his gross and wonderful motor abilities earlier than language learning may accelerate.

On the sturdy suggestion of the academics and specialists, we moved back to US when Vincent was five. It began a new chapter of life for Vincent and the family. By references, we were lucky to find a developmental pediatrician who specialised in kids like Vincent. She did a radical evaluation of Vincent and diagnosed him as a kid with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Autism is a lifelong developmental incapacity that sometimes seems in early childhood. Vincent was literal with minimal imagination and customary sense, and was inflexible to change. He had no eye contact, couldn’t learn social cues, had Attention Deficit Hyperactive Dysfunction (ADHD) and Obsessive Compulsive Dysfunction (OCD), showed extreme delay in communication, and had gross motor and sensory dysfunction.

He exhibited signs of a typical autistic kid, except he was not hiding in a corner. Quite the opposite, he was very sociable. We began a collection of therapies with Vincent. He attended private speech and occupational remedy for a year until the college may successfully deal with his needs. He also took herapeutic horseback driving once every week and swimming twice a week. Horseback riding helped calm him down and regulate his brain whereas swimming improved gross motor skills. He did both actions for more than 5 years.

In search of assistance from Mozart

During these five years, we performed Patricia Wilbarger brushing at two-hour intervals to reduce sensory dysfunction, even when we had been out. On the similar time, he was put beneath Auditory Integrated Therapy (AIT). He listened to Mozart with filtered tune that was supposedly to stimulate mind perform in another way from regular music. Later on he had music remedy to encourage creativity. He attended 15 interactive metronome sessions to increase attention span. On the finish of three months’ intensive remedy, he may clap 1,500 times nonstop and consistently. We also engaged a motor specialist to enhance his handwriting. The US regulation mandates public faculties to supply assist for teenagers with special needs. Vincent was integrated straight into mainstream kindergarten.

With limited language, mainstream kindergarten was extremely difficult for Vincent. He was easily distracted and so disruptive that he had to be introduced out of the classroom. Frequent breaks or strolling the college hallways were a every day event. We had to cross our fingers day-after-day and pray that he had a superb faculty day with out incidences. With treatment and constant assist, Vincent discovered the each day routines and began choosing up language gradually. Through the First Grade language check, he scored at 1%. This meant in a hundred youngsters, he was the last in language proficiency. At residence we labored on cognitive abilities, primary and spatial ideas, attributes and capabilities with flash playing cards, and a every day follow up of the varsity’s teaching. We additionally taught him phonics, time, numbers, measurement, money, etc. It was daunting to teach him 10 cents have extra worth than 5 cents when the ten cents coin is smaller than 5 cents. Vincent’s language improved to 25% by 2nd Grade. He advanced it to around 50% by the end of 4th Grade, nicely past any specialist’s expectations.

As soon as Vincent picked up languages, he participated in classroom exercise with less and fewer assistance from the special training instructor and the training aide.

Shifting focus

The focus for IEP has shifted to social interplay and communication. Socially we’ve gone by means of times than language learning. During kindergarten, neighbor’s children referred to as him crazy and dumb. Fortunately, the identify-calling was solely laborious on us parents as Vincent could not understand them. He was by no means invited to a party from kindergarten to fourth grade. The varsity speech therapist drafted packages for Vincent to function-play and sat with him throughout lunchtime to teach him. We read books and wrote Carol Grey’s social tales to demonstrate to him the broad social guidelines of habits for every occasion and getting along.

He joined social skills coaching at a hospital and in the summertime camp. Nothing came straightforward to Vincent. Every little thing had to be taught. He wanted – and desires – written rules and demonstrations to guide him via every social occasion. It was hoped that he would be capable of apply instantly as soon as he gained broad base foundations. All of the practices and coaching paid off when Vincent lastly made three associates at Fifth Grade.

He was invited to their birthday parties. He invited them again for sleep over. He made a couple more pals at Sixth Grade. He maintained two of them as his buddies with whom he talked throughout lunchtime and performed with after school. He no longer was a lone ranger or a goal for bullies at school. We have been lucky that Vincent reacted positively to all of the therapies and interventions. The developmental pediatrician was more than happy with Vincent’s advancement. A psychological analysis showed that Vincent continues to function within the above average to superior range of intelligence. He was not exhibiting important discrepancy between verbal and nonverbal abilities. The doctor modified Vincent’s diagnostic to Asperger Syndrome, the mildest type of the ASD, on the age of nine.

Its like everywhere you go, you might be told you must “fit in”, or “go with the crowd”. On the surface, we might be told that we should try to excel. But in action, it really is definitely the middle ground where we are rewarded.

Think about it. At operate, you are encouraged to take risks. But then are punished once you do. Educators inform you to challenge on your own. But they’re resentful in case you succeed. And you might be degraded when you fail.

Even in school, if you try one thing various from the crowd, you happen to be teased. You are bullied if you are smart, called a nerd should you be into music, or trashed if you’re interested in “the incorrect things” whatever there’re.

This drive towards mediocrity seems to become obtaining even worse lately. We are told to cheer for the working man. And hate the company man. You are referred to as a hero for currently being a small component of a large group. But termed down for planning against the collective. It’s everywhere. The media, politics and in the work place.

And when you dare not for being “normal”, you desire for one thing far more, that you are continuously ripped apart for it. Folks, government and organizations will demonize you at any opportunity they get.

Is it jealousy, or some thing more? Excelling is produced to sound like a bad thing?

But, for people who wish for a lot more, people that risk it all, the advantages are immeasurable. Luckily, you possibly can experience individuals rewards, by daring to be diverse.

Should you be willing to step outside the walls, and dare for being the best, extraordinary experiences await.

Just keep in mind, the advantages aren’t gonna appear from the outside, at least not at very first. The returns are available from within. But the benefits that arrive through the inside are the most valuable.

An extraordinary existence implies different things to diverse people. To suit your needs, it could mean excellent financial wealth. For other people, it could be recognition. Some individuals may well want to assist others. No a single is likely to inform me that Mother Teresa was satisfied to just “go along” with everybody. She wanted to change the world. She dared being various.

It doesn’t matter what it can be that you would like. You have to pick your own path. It really is not adequate to just be a component of some thing, to follow the crowd. Your actually ought to go for that gusto. It is not that there is certainly anything wrong with you staying a element of anything bigger than by yourself. But, if you choose an extraordinary existence, you have to aim for being the best, and to make your personal alternatives.

It’s likely to take guts. Tend not to anticipate folks to see your vision and just get on board. Even the ones, who tell you for your face that there’re with your corner, may well secretly want you to fail. They might not even know these are performing it.

Why? They need to preserve you in that desirable mediocrity. They need to continue to keep you the same. If they don’t enjoy you, they don’t want you to get ahead. If they do love you, they don’t want you to get hurt. The middle is safe.

It’s only natural. Nature abhors a vacuum. That suggests that in nature, extremes are certainly not permitted. Every thing moves towards a common middle – a balance.

Societies are the similar way. They lengthy for everyone to be alike. And will subconsciously do everything in their power to preserve it that way. It’s not the people in society that really feel this way. It may be the society being a entire. And, a lot of from the elites know it really is incredibly profitable to preserve it that way. They have been making use of mediocrity as a tool for thousands of years.

Once you dare to be diverse, you might be stepping outside of the societal norms. You’re daring to become one thing a lot more.

If you would like to break cost-free, it’s up to you. It is not likely to be quick, and don’t assume a lot reward from other people along the way. Your reward will likely be inside your experiences

But dare for being diverse. And let by yourself excel. There may be room at the top for you. There exists an chance to crawl out in the masses who only want mediocrity.

The returns for staying the same are immediate. They are available from all around you. But the returns for being the best are so a great deal a lot more. Dare to become distinct. Dare to become the best.

In all probability that there are things that you would want to alter about both you and your life – I’ve rarely come across anybody who’s one hundred percent happy. People often think that if they improve themselves, get fit, buy a new car, go on a great holiday that, then, they’ll be happy. That kind of ‘happy’, however, is transient and superficial. True happiness must be lasting and not based on having this or doing that.

The one place where you will discover happiness is within. Sadly, that is a bridge too far for the vast majority of people[spin] because the normal person’s ‘within’ is [spin]hidden from them by what psychologists call ‘The Sentry’, a defence mechanism that we’ve all got that prevents anybody else getting into our subconscious minds where they could brainwash us. Unfortunately, this ‘Sentry’ keeps us out too! And with good reason – or, at least, it appears like a good idea until you take a closer look at how we operate – our beliefs about how the world works and who we are are stored in our subconscious. You wouldn’t want to go messing with that stuff, would you? Or would you? Because most of us believe ourselves to be inadequate at least in some way, most of us aren’t totally happy with who we are. That’s because our beliefs are not grounded in fact but on an accumulation of what could be termed the programming or conditioning that we were subject to during what is generally described as our formative years. This programming or conditioning is both the source of your discomfort with yourself and, just as importantly, everything that you perceive to be wrong in your life.

Our reality is created by our beliefs – it is those beliefs that automatically dictate our behaviour, our actions, our reactions and our interactions with everybody else. It is through this process that we, ourselves, create our version of reality. What you’re thinking about, at the deepest subconscious level, literally creates your life. And it ain’t real, it’s based on what others did for us or to us during those formative years. So of course you want to go messing with your beliefs, because normal beliefs hold normal people back.

You’ve got to go beyond your beliefs. You’ve got to get to the real, inner you, to find true happiness – that is where you’ll find a you that is unstained by the crap of normal conditioning, unsullied by the deeply held beliefs that mess up our so-called normal lives – silly beliefs that keep us in our place – like we should know our place, like you have to work hard to succeed, like pleasure/pain principle, that all laughing comes to crying – prepare your own list.

Forget that crap. Also, forget about who you believed you were and discover who you really are – and the life that you can really have. Your mind’s been focused on normal crap – put a stop to it. I offer my clients various forms of ‘mental calming measures’ – meditation if you will – you’ve got to calm down, wake up and see the light. Only then you will find true happiness.

If believe yourself to be suffering from depression, it’s just your imagination because depression is the direct result of your subconscious mind’s obsession with useless thoughts that were impressed upon it during your childhood years. It is normal for your subconscious mind to dwell on the past – everyone’s does – it’s simply that the crap that yours is focused on is probably a little (or a lot) off the beaten track. This is not your fault – your subconscious mind was impressed with those thoughts by others, people and events that made you feel bad, guilty, upset during your childhood years.

Whilst it’s normal for your subconscious to focus on out-dated deeply-rooted thoughts, it’s doing you damage – you can see it and feel it in your everyday life. Again, there’s no need to feel bad about this – everyone’s subconscious mind is doing them damage – at least you have the advantage over other normal people in realizing that you’ve got a problem.

But that problem is completely down to what your subconscious mind is paying attention to. You must drag your subconscious focus away from those self-destructive thoughts and redirect your attention to the one place and time that’s real, the one time and place that you can really live – the here and now. If you succeed in turning your attention to the present moment you’ll experience something that you probably have never experienced before – depression isn’t real, there’s no such thing as fear or worry, there’s just a wonderful world full of possibilities and opportunities – and quantum physics proves that that wonderful world is simply waiting to respond to your hopes and dreams.

Medication or pills won’t enable you experience the difference between reality and the fiction of stress – they may well make the pain subside for a while but your subconscious mind will always slink back to those thoughts that aren’t real but just an imprint of a past long gone. The only way that you will experience reality – one cleansed of depression – is to learn how to clear your mind. No hassle! Because, as a child, you had a completely clear mind – that’s how those bad feelings were impressed upon you in the first place. All you have to do now is re-train yourself to pay attention to what your five senses are telling you, right here, right now – without putting your subconscious mind’s warped interpretation onto the facts.

I know that the best way to relearn how to focus your mind on to the reality of your five senses is meditation – preferably, for starters, guided meditation. It may take you a while to get used to it, you may find it difficult, but a tiny bit of commitment will bring about the incredible benefit of your being able to live your life to the full.

Do you worry? Do you suffer from your nerves? Do you get easily annoyed? Do you get stressed out? If you believe yourself to be suffering from any of these afflictions, then you’re letting your mind play tricks on you. The inner you cannot be nervous, anxious, stressed or uncertain. The real you is incapable of suffering from stress or worry. All these issues are symptoms of your personality – when you feel that you’re suffering from them, it’s only your personality trying to trip you up.

You’ve got to understand that your personality – from the Latin persona, which means mask – is simply a mask that not only conceals the real you from everybody else, it has you completely fooled into believing that it is, in fact, who you are. However, psychology explains that your personality is an ‘album’ of snapshots of people and events that impressed you during your childhood – what we normally call our formative years. You took snapshots of these things because they were important enough to make you feel good or bad about yourself at the time. Unfortunately, psychology also confirms that the normal person is much more disposed to dwell on the negative rather than the positive photos.

And your subconscious mind is still obsessed with those snapshots and this obsession is what gives life to your personality. In other words, your personality is simply not real – it might have got you to where you are and you may really like it – but be careful you don’t fall in love with an illusion.

To rid yourself of the afflictions from which only your illusory personality can suffer – worry, stress, anxiety, doubt, fear, loneliness – you need to go beyond that personality, your perceived strengths and weaknesses. You need to go in search of the real you because not only does it not know worry, stress, doubt, not only is the inner you fearless, the real you is able to achieve effortless success and happiness. The great thing is that you won’t need to look to hard to find the real you – it is waiting to be uncovered. You’ll find the real you in the peace of a reflective moment, in the experience of one of those perfect “natural high” moments that we experience at some point in our lives – where peace and contentment reign.

However, you don’t want or need to wait for the next peak moment to get over the illusions of worry, stress and all the rest. You can do that right now by doing some meditation. When you meditate you can begin to appreciate that stress, tension and fear are simply poisonous thoughts and that a clear and focused mind (the real you) simply will not have anything to do with that kind of nonsense – it has far more pressing work to do.

And now is a new moment. And, in each and every new moment, you have a choice. And on your choice depends your personal development. You’ve a choice when it comes to the thoughts that you are paying attention to just at this moment in time. Are those thoughts simply random? Are they negative thoughts? Are they relevant to what you’re supposed to be doing at this moment in time? Perhaps they’re positive thoughts (better than negative thoughts but thoughts nevertheless). The thoughts you’re focused on are stopping you doing. Don’t waste your energy, discard your thoughts, but leave room for the flights of fancy to rise to the top – because they’re not thoughts, but inspiration and inspiration only visits the clear minded.

And in the present moment, you have a choice in regard to your behaviour and actions (more normally reactions) as well. And, depending on what you choose, you can effortlessly change your life. How much time have you simply binned so far today? How much time have you frittered away sitting in front of your PC’s screen, staring blankly? How much of your precious energy have you spent gossiping about and delighting in the misdeeds or misfortune of others? You’ve probably misspent some precious time shuffling you’re “To Do” list until there’s no time left to do! Or how much of your energy have you mis-invested in doing things you just shouldn’t be doing – like surfing the net for things that have nothing to do with anything important, reading emails that were copied to you to cover someone’s backside, wading through the sordid details of domestic violence that fill our daily newspapers? Each and every moment that you squander is a unique now you will never have again. And what we achieve in this life is the sum total of how we spend each precious moment.

At the very least, in considering some of these searching questions you might start to realize just how much of your life is wasted on doing things that are holding you back from living the life that you want. But these are energy-wasters that you’re aware off – here’s the big question. How much energy are you wasting and you don’t even know? Because, unless your subconscious mind is immersed in profitable activity in the present moment, it is still merrily wandering arount your childhood years, thinking that those childhood experiences are actually happening now – and you’ve no idea whatsoever that this is even happening. And that is the waste of energy that distances us all from the opportunities of the now, from the reality of the now, from the abundance of the now.

So, stop for a moment. Would you like to have a more exciting life? Then ask yourself if what you’re doing now, in the context of what you truly want out of life, is the very best investment of your energy. If it isn’t, don’t do it.

How could it be! Because normal behaviour is dictated automatically – you don’t have to think about it, you just react – by your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is highly effective at enabling you react – it is this ability that has got us so far as the ‘superior’ species. But, as I said, normal behaviour is rarely appropriate – because the subconscious mind is constantly focused in the past – your formative years – and it uses this out-of-date ‘stored knowledge’ to dictate today’s automatic behaviour. With information that is way past its sell-by date being used to enable you react, how is your behaviour going to be appropriate to what is actually going on today?

How could it be right and proper when you consider that the normal person is permanently in this automatic reactive mode? Unfortunately, it’s just the way we are. If you’re having a good day, your behaviour can actually be mildly effective – that is compared to how effective you could really be had you taken the trouble to focus on what’s actually happening and act, rather than react. But even then, normal people only have good days now and again. It’s the normal or bad days that have your life trapped in that repetitive, mundane, not-too-bad life – you know, the one where really great things rarely happen, the one where you don’t like your job or the one where your relationship has gone off the boil – the ordinary stuff of everyday life. And on those normal not-too-bad days, normal behaviour can be anything from midldly in-effective to inappropriate to dangerously outrageous. People losing the head in traffic jams, people bullying their subordinates at work or playing with their workers’ lives. Husbands who beat wives, wives who beat husbands – or just the normal not-too-bad apathy of ‘I wish I was doing something else’ and all the stress that that brings with it.

The problem is, however, that we tend to confuse our behaviour with ourselves – a fatal mistake that leads us into recrimination, guilt, frustration, anxiety and even more inappropriate behaviour. You are not your behaviour. How could you be? Your behaviour is automatically created by your personality – all the weight of ‘stored knowledge’ in your deep subconscious. Your personality has absolutely nothing to do with who you really are – there’s a wealth of psychological evidence built up over the last seventy years that proves this.

What’s my point? You can only take really appropriate action (rather than normal reaction) by deliberately side-stepping your ego or personality – this is the essence of personal development (rather than personality development). However, you cannot do that until you realize that every single inappropriate action comes from that source. What’s done is done – if damage was done, go and undo it. But if the only damage was to your own self-image, then, get over yourself and get on with your life – starting now.
It has become a byword as a result of DVDs and bestselling books, like ‘The Secret’ and by mainstream TV personalities such as Larry King. And yet few people understand what this ‘attraction’ actually means. Could it be that you can attract into your life the kind of good things that you crave? And, if so, how can you actually put the ‘Law of Attraction’ into action to change your life for the better?

Firstly, you need to realize is that the ‘Law of Attraction’ is working in your daily life as we speak. This may come as news to you but what you need to understand is that the life you live is a perfect mirror image of what’s going on in your head. Sadly, most of what is going on in the normal person’s mind is doing them damage rather than good because, left to itself, the subconscious mind is both negative and focused in the past, constantly ‘enabling’ you – and that’s clearly not the right word – to repeat all the learned reactive behaviours that are, right now, creating your life. In other words, as a result of the normal mind being in turmoil, it follows that the normal life is also in turmoil.

It doesn’t matter if you’re aware of or not, the ‘Law of Attraction’ is a reality in your life. I’m not convinced, from reading some of the mountain of stuff – often misleading stuff – on the subject, that most people will have fully grasped the gravity of this situation. But say that you appreciate the situation. Maybe you already appreciate that, to quote ‘The Secret’, your thoughts become things – what’s going on in your mind ends up manifesting in reality. Great, you’ve grasped this all-important concept intellectually – but intellectualizing these facts and being able to get this ‘manifestation’ working for you, rather than against you, is a totally different ballgame.

If you do not deliberately take action every day to ensure that you’re in the right state of mind, then it’s of no consequence how much you understand the way life works, you’re simply deluding yourself into the nice cosy misconception that this ‘Law of Attraction’ can change your life in a positive way.

To really practice the so-called “Law of Attraction” you’re going to have to clear your mind. There’s little or no point in filling your mind with thoughts of things that you want – people don’t know what they truly want. Better still to fill your mind with the only place and time you are – the now. If you do that, you will drag your subconscious away from its obsession with all that’s negative. You will become truly focused – efficient, effective, inspired and inspiring. In a clear and focused state of mind you will attract the very best into your life, enabling you rise to places that normal people couldn’t even dream of.
